Games for ages 2–8, built mobile-first. Most run in the browser with no install; the badge on each tile says where it lives.

How it is made
One brief enters. Four stages run, each owned by a different agent role, each gated before it advances.
Direction
Audience, core loop, benchmark and acceptance criteria are locked before production starts. Nothing is built against a vague adjective.
Production
Art, gameplay and interface are built in parallel slices against a locked style and a single character model.
Review
Independent reviewers who did not build the slice inspect the rendered result, not the description. Builders never approve themselves.
Release
Ship to web and Play, then read real play data. Every iteration starts from evidence, not opinion.
